Terms and Conditions
Southern Cross University thanks you for your generous support and confirms that the University is pleased to accept your donation on the following terms:
- The University acknowledges your wish and will make every effort to apply your gift towards that purpose. If the Gift cannot be applied to the Purpose, the University will apply the Gift to other projects with similar aims or purposes.
- The University will establish and administer the Gift in accordance with the University’s Gift Acceptance Policy and applicable Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations and guidelines.
- You will make the Gift by a lump sum payment to the Bank Account of the University through the online donation platform, Funraisin.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
Southern Cross University requires this information from you so we may- Process the payment of donations.
- Contact you during and post donation.
- Promote future fundraising opportunities or other activities that may be of interest to you.
If you choose not to provide the personal information in this form, we may not be able to process your donation.
We will treat your information confidentially and will only disclose it to third parties in accordance with this notice, or with your consent, or if required to do so by law.
The University uses Funraisin to provide fundraising support services. Information on how Funraisin handles personal information can be found here. The University uses Stripe to provide payment processing services. Information on how Stripe handles personal information can be found here.
