In response to what we are seeing across healthcare and the leadership already being demonstrated, Southern Cross University has established the Women in Healthcare Leadership Fund.
The Fund recognises something already in motion, bringing together those who share a belief that investing in people strengthens the entire system. It creates the conditions for this to grow, removing barriers that too often limit what comes next and enabling access to leadership development for those already making a difference.
It is designed to support experienced clinicians to extend their capability beyond clinical expertise, building confidence to lead teams, influence systems, and shape how care is delivered. In doing so, it provides space, access, and support for participants to expand their impact more broadly across teams, services, and communities.
